Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using Sealed. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Subscriptions
Sealed is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within an active billing period.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests outside this window will not be honored except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
4. Exceptions
We will evaluate refund requests outside the standard window on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error
- Significant service outages that impaired your ability to use Sealed
- Charges made after a cancellation request was submitted
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@sealed.ink with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
